Celebrating the First 100: Honoring the Team Who Launched Loadstar

As we approach our five-year anniversary in February 2026, we are taking time to look back at the people who helped launch Loadstar. The foundation of any company is built by those who show up eager, work with purpose, and believe in what can be created together. The first 100 women and men to contribute one year of service with Loadstar did exactly that.

To recognize this milestone, we installed a permanent display in both our Baton Rouge and Houston offices. Each board includes the names of the first 100 teammates to contribute one year of service. Their commitment helped turn an idea into a company that serves with intention and delivers with reliability.

The inscription on the display reads:

“Dedicated to the first 100 women and men of Loadstar to achieve one year of service. Together we launched a company that puts its people first, innovates with purpose, and will make a difference in the world for generations to come.”

This installation is more than a marker of the past. It is a reminder of the standard they set and the culture we continue to build. Their work created the starting point from which Loadstar will grow for decades to come.

We thank each member of the First 100 for being part of our beginning and for helping shape what Loadstar stands for today.
