Loadstar Receives GBRIA’s Highest Honor, the Hal G. Ginn Award.

Loadstar was recognized with the top Safety Award from the Greater Baton Rouge Industry Alliance (GBRIA), the largest and most prestigious honor presented during the organization’s annual awards program on Thursday, March 26, 2026. In addition, Loadstar also received the First Place Award of Excellence for Technical Support in Division I.

Established in 1996 by Hal G. Ginn, the GBRIA Safety Excellence Awards recognize outstanding safety performance by industrial contractors and member facilities. The awards reflect GBRIA members’ strong commitment to contractor and plant safety, highlighting the importance of collaboration between contractors, facility operators, and project owners to ensure safe working environments. Among the different specialty award categories, including Innovation in Safety, Community Service, and Partnership in Safety, the Hal G. Ginn Award is considered the best overall among applicants.

“Receiving GBRIA’s top safety award is a significant recognition of our team’s consistent execution and adherence to established safety standards,” said Loadstar CEO. “Safety is not just a priority at Loadstar; it is a core value embedded in every aspect of our operations. This recognition reflects the discipline, accountability, and commitment our employees demonstrate every day to protect one another and deliver for our customers.”

Loadstar’s recognition underscores its continued focus on maintaining best-in-class safety performance while supporting the operational goals of its partners across industrial sites.

This most recent award is on the heels of some other significant recognitions for Loadstar, including 2026 Company of the Year by the Greater Baton Rouge Business Report, a 2025 Louisiana Energy Company of the Year finalist by the 10/12 Industry Report, and being named to the 2026 listing of Best Evergreen Companies by the Tugboat Institute.
