Loadstar Employees,

We are closely monitoring Tropical Storm Bertha as it moves through the northern Gulf Coast. Employees at our Louisiana and Texas operations should stay alert and continue monitoring local weather forecasts over the next several days.

While heat awareness continues to be our primary safety concern, employees should also be prepared for the high possibility of deteriorating weather conditions over the next couple of days. Remember to give yourself extra time on your commute and do not attempt to drive through standing water. Once on site, remain alert to changing weather conditions and continue following all established safety procedures. Remember to use Stop Work Authority should weather conditions become unsafe.

Additional information, including weather timing and resources are included below. Contact your supervisor immediately if your situation changes or if you have any questions.

Thank you for your continued commitment to working safely and looking out for one another. Your safety, both on the road and on the job, remains our highest priority.
