Loadstar is pleased to announce that Brett Murray has been named one of Baton Rouge Business Report’s 2024 Forty Under 40 honorees. This recognition celebrates professionals under 40 years of age who demonstrate exceptional leadership, professional accomplishments, and community impact across the Baton Rouge Capital Region.
Brett’s contributions to Loadstar and the community exemplify the values of this award. Brett joined Loadstar in August 2021, not long after the company launched operations. He led major improvements to our management processes and software for HR, IT, Payroll, Billing, and Accounting while also working in business development. In January 2024 Brett added new responsibility over our on-call marine operations. His tireless leadership has been instrumental in Loadstar’s growth and performance, and in promoting a positive culture that led to Loadstar being recognized as a Best Place to Work in 2023 and 2024.
A husband and father to three boys under the age of 7, Brett finds time to volunteer as a coach and serve in the Men of Mercy leadership group at Our Lady of Mercy church.
Brett represents the finest qualities of the men and women of Loadstar. He is devoted to family, community, and to making Loadstar the industry’s premier service provider. We salute Brett, and all the Loadstar employees he so proudly represents.
