Loadstar Named One of the Best Places to Work

Loadstar was named one of the 2023 Best Places to Work by the Baton Rouge Business Report. Winners were selected based on the result of employee surveys conducted by an independent third party.

Loadstar was the highest rated company in the refining and chemical industry category that includes much of the lower Mississippi River industrial complex.

“Winning this award is incredibly gratifying because most of our employees work primarily at customer-owned facilities,” says Senior HR Director Kelli Dominique. “This recognition highlights our efforts to stay connected with our employees no matter where they are located.”

CEO Brian Haymon adds, “Many employees have told us they came to Loadstar looking for a home, a place that values their contribution, listens and responds to their ideas, and makes them feel like they are part of something bigger than themselves.  We are deeply honored by this award; it validates our efforts to create a work environment that attracts and retains the very best people in our industry.”

Winners were honored at a recognition breakfast sponsored by the Business Report at its annual awards day in October 2023.
